Absolutely horrifying...they now strut & threaten in plain sight...some would call it,'chutzpah' since the US has blessed their barbarism to the tune of $2B ...one simple observation from this ol'ukie mechanic - it's 'Pecherska Lavra ' as 'lavra' is plain monastery of which there are hundreds in ukraine & Pecherska denotes the location...cheers
