Ukrainian authorities armed with guns handed conscription notices to men attending an annual procession at a UOC Church of the Nativity of the Virgin parish in Kamyanets-Podilsky. Believers plan to proceed with a procession to Pochaiv Lavra Caves in Kyiv, which is done every year on August 19th. Armed police and men in Ukrainian military uniforms descended upon the UOC parish where believers gathered to pray before pilgrims began their travels to the Lavra Caves in Kyiv.
